Orange diet


The diet lasts 15 days ( three cycles of 5 days) and the average weight loss in the diet is about 7 kg.

During the diet it is not allowed drinking alcoholic beverages, and the food must be taken in the prescribed order.

Breakfast is same for all days: 1 orange ( or half a grapefruit or a glass of unsweetened lemonade from half a lemon ) , 1 toast and a cup of tea or coffee without sugar.

Day 1

Lunch: 1 orange , 1 boiled egg , sour cream.

Dinner : 2 tomatoes ( or homemade tomato soup ) , 2 boiled eggs , ½ lettuce ( or 1 cucumber ) .

Day 2

Lunch: 1 orange , 1 egg , 1 sour cream, 2 pieces of toas.t

Dinner : 125 grams minced beef , 1 tomato , 1 orange , 1 toast , 1 cup of tea or coffee  (without sugar).

Day 3

Lunch: 1 orange , 1 boiled egg , 1 sour cream, 1  lettuce ( or 2 cucumbers ), drinks without sugar.

Dinner : 125 g minced meat , 1 orange , 1 toast , 1 cup of coffee or tea (without sugar).

Day 4

Lunch: 125 g cow cheese , 1 tomato ( or 1 dl homemade tomato soup ) , 1 toast.

Dinner : 125 g minced meat , 2 tomatoes , 1 apple , 1 toast .

Day 5

Lunch: 200 g of cooked meat or fish , 1 tomato , 1 toast.

Dinner : ½ kg of cooked vegetables (carrots , peas , potatoes ) , 1 egg , 1 tomato.

 

Warning

Though oranges are healthful foods, they can cause problems for those with certain digestive conditions. Those who suffer from frequent heartburn or acid reflux disease can react poorly to acidic foods, reports the National Digestive Diseases Information Clearinghouse, a service of the National Institute of Health.
